Good location in town centre.

− The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned before I went in the room and the mattress on the bed was awful. I could feel every single spring in the old worn out mattress. There was no blinds or curtains on the window so I was awake as soon as the sun rose just before 5am

Friendly staff

− Room, very basic and uncomfortable.

It was quite clean and in a location with parking across the road and easy to walk to town.

− Check in wasn't clear which pub we needed to collect keys from. Pub was down the road. Let them know fan was not working in room. They said they would sort it out but never did. The towels are those cheap ones that just rub the water against your body rather than dry you. It was also a little complicated to find room.once in the building with little instructions on going through some inconspicuous doors to find more rooms. There was a shared fridge outside our room and heard someone rummaging through our chilled goods early in the morning

The location was good in the centre of Selby near to the railway station. Collecting the keys from a nearby pub was not a problem. The accomodation was clean with a good shower and bathroom.

− I had an easterly facing room with no curtains or blinds to keep out the dark. I stayed in June so was woken by the sun as it rose for one of the longest daylight periods of the year. The bed was very poor - needs upgrading.
