1.0Nothing at all.horrible experience.
− Firstly there are two entrance gates no indication of which one to use. The area horrible look like is under construction or its a dilapidated residential area. Horrible noise at night from some giys the place was full of guys making noise. On check out forgot my shoes and called the guesthouse after 15 minutes to say i forgot my shoes i will collect them after 3 days only to be told they have not seen them they definetely stole them very disappointed especially because i called right away before cleaning staff could arrive. Parking horrible as well gate without remote you should knock for someone to open for you the gate. What a waste of money for that night. Book this place at yojur own risk.

1.0− Arrived to the guesthouse to find out a double booking was made. Was asked to find alternative accomodation for the evening; despite politely requesting a refund in order to do so, we were turned away. Had to fight in order to get our money back. The pictures on the website is a complete misrepresentation of how facilities actually look. The guesthouse is very poorly managed with very rude staff. Money was returned more than 24 hours later, despite double booking being a error on guesthouse behalf. Could not retrieve full amount; therefore losing money for a mistake on their side. Nil assistance from booking.com platform - despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. Would not recomend this guesthouse; neither would I use this platform for local travel in the future.
Cancelled booking on arrival
2.0We were given a full refund after arriving and realising it was not family friendly.
− It was not family friendly - gave more of an impression of being a night time party place. Piles of beer cans in the common area.
The stay was good, convenient and welcoming
7.0The location is convenient
− Microwave not working. Shower spills on the floor. Which I believe can be easily fixed. Wet towel first day.
