A beautiful hotel in the heart of Noto
10.0Casa Modica is a really special hotel. It’s situated in the heart of Noto in a gorgeous building. The room are big and clean and have a very romantic feel to them. The owner and staff were exceptionally accommodating- they upgraded us to a bigger room with a little terrace. The breakfast is served on a quiet pedestrian street looking down at the city below and up to a church building. We had delicous fruit, pastries and coffee - the setting is so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone in Noto! Thank you to the Casa Modica team for making our stay so special. India & Giulia

-check in and out provess, no help with luggage carrying up the stairs, could have better Breakfasy
4.0Location and proximity
− Check in process and delayed with response time. Waited 20 -25 mins on hot and humid weather to get access and had to carry my own big luggage bag upstairs In addition, no water service and additional towel service later during the day and had to wait long one day for iron with just one iron in the building. We had to wear wrinkled clothes to wedding that i was staying there to attend. BF was a joke, stale and cold croissant, canned fruits and stale bread. Coffee was okay. Checkout was very tedious too and charged twice for tax and again luggage had to be carried down ourselves with some help from one helper .

8.0la nostra camera era molto carina e silenziosa, peccato solo che il balconcino non avesse vista su nulla. alcune camere su fronte strada un po' rumorose invece ( a detta dei nostri amici)
− scale un po' ripide e con le valigie non è agevole
