10.0Tutto perfetto. Camera ampia, pulita con una vista meravigliosa. A pochi minuti dalla piazzetta. Mariangela ci ha accolto con garbo, simpatia e gentilezza.
− L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta (è una sciocchezza) la luce intorno allo specchio del bagno un po' scura.

− purtroppo c'erano diversi malfunzionamenti che non hanno reso le potenzialità della stanza: Condizionatore non raffreddava emanava solo aria, abbiamo tamponato con un ventilatore, presa vicino al lato sinistro del letto non funzionante, tv non funzionante, bidet senza acqua.

Posizione eccezionale, alcuni dettagli da rivedere
7.0La struttura si trova a ridosso della celebre piazzetta di Capri (ben visibile dalla terrazza), nella centrale Via Roma. Gli appartamenti godono di terrazzini con una vista bellissima su Marina Grande, senz’altro il punto forte della struttura, insieme alla posizione e all’arredamento delle camere, semplici ma in linea con lo stile caprese e della Costiera, con un pavimento che riproduce le maioliche tipiche.
− Tuttavia, alcune cose sono da rivedere: in camera, la metà delle prese non era funzionante, il bidet c’era, ma non funzionava (a detta della collaboratrice della struttura, per la pressione dell’acqua), il condizionatore non refrigerava la camera, forse avrebbe avuto bisogno di manutenzione; l’unico modo per contattare l’host era sulla chat di Booking, mentre al numero indicato su Booking e su Google non risponde nessuno. La colazione era semplice, ma buona e adeguata. Un po’ più di attenzione a questi aspetti renderebbe la struttura migliore e in linea con gli standard degli alloggi di questa fascia di prezzo. Si tratta di consigli, non di critiche.

− Tutto,pareti umide e con buchi e intonaco rotto con buchi oltre al cattivo odore di umidità, arreddi sporchi e con ruggine,carta igienica usata ,letto che si riduceva ad una brandina arrendi rotti e indecenti ,l acqua nella macchinetta del caffè sporca...e mi fermo qua
