10.0The accommodation is in a quiet area walkable from the train station and to the centre of Elgin. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietor, Peter, who was very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. The house is loving styled with many antique features but the ensuite has a modern bathroom. Very clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this guest house.

10.0Everything! Lovely old house with period pieces and antiques. Lovely host who was very knowledgeable and could not be more helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was really tasty and plenty to choose from. Proper teapots that did not drip too! Comfy bed and bedding. Clean bathroom with toiletries provided.

10.0This is a lovely guesthouse, Pete is a very friendly welcoming host who seemed genuinely concerned to make sure we had a good stay. And he makes a great breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with lovely views over the garden.
