10.0Cuando llegamos a la habitación, nos sorprendió favorablemente. Hay una cama, pero también hay una zona para dormir en Futón. Tienes todo lo indispensable en la habitación para vivir. La saga común es pequeña y tiene todo lo necesario para organizarte el día. Está muy cerca del canal, te permite ir andando. El personal fue muy atento.

9.0很美的花園，房東夫妻親切，住宿環境不錯，床不會太軟很好睡，樓下有交誼廳，可以用餐。地點比較偏外圍，走路1公里會到運河區。整體來說，是非常舒適的住宿體驗！

10.0번화가나 관광지에서 약간 벗어난 위치이고, 시설이 깔끔하고 주인장/직원분도 친절하십니다. 체크인할때 짐을 들어주셔서 감사했어요. 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 편리하게 오전에 오타루 관광을 할 수 있었습니다. 수국이 멋지게 피어있어서 그것도 저한테는 또 하나의 장점이 되었습니다 :) 1층에는 편하게 이용할 수 있는 식기나 전자레인지가 있습니다. 주변에 식당이 많지는 않아서 포장해오거나 편의점에서 사오고 먹을 수 있어요. 배스타올 1장이 기본 제공되고 칫솔/면봉/드라이기는 공용 욕실에 비치되어 있습니다
− 목조 건물이라 옆방 소리가 들리는 점이 다소 아쉬웠어요.
