Not worth a five star
4.0The room inside was good, but definitally not a 5 star guest house.
− Shower has no preasure and not alot of water coming out. Aircon leaks water inside the place and one morning when I got out of bed stepped into this huge puddle of water. Definitally no privacy. Woke up one morning from someone throwing up 2 units away, owner stays on same floor with his door permanently open overlooking the rest of the units. Your car has to stand in the road. Situated in a dodgy area and the smell of sewerage coming from the river in front of guest house. Breakfast not great, over cooked baken, cheap viennas fried and no choice of what to eat, you must eat what you get...
Would recommend if staying in Paarl, great place to stay, exceptional staff and spacious rooms.
10.0I enjoyed the location, the view is unreal. The staff were amazing and attentive. The rooms were clean, very spacious and clean.

Lovely stay at Sunset Boulevard
9.0Brian and the Ladies were so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, very good breakfast, walking distance over the river to bars and restaurants. The a/c was very welcome as it was so hot. We were initially worried about the parking on the street outside however there was very good lighting and lots of cctv
