Beautiful location, but disappointing accommodation and poor management.
1.0The location is beautiful, very close to the beach and surrounded by olive trees. The property has great potential, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing. It feels like an unpolished gem.
− We booked and prepaid a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, but the room we received did not match the one presented on Booking.com. The furniture and layout were different from the room shown in our booking details, and the advertised sea view was misleading. Our balcony was behind the building and did not offer the sea view we expected from the room description. The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. There were cobwebs, dust and accumulated dirt on the furniture. We reported the issues immediately, and the owner sent someone to clean only after our complaint. Housekeeping was very poor. During our stay, the room was cleaned only once. We received only one bath towel per person, with no hand towels or hair towels, and we had to ask on the fourth day just to receive an additional towel. There was also no hair dryer in the room. Several items in the room showed visible rust, including kitchen equipment. The shared kitchen was also in poor condition, visibly dirty and often occupied by guests staying in larger groups, making it difficult for other guests to use. We contacted Booking.com on the first day because the accommodation did not match what we had booked and paid for. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent a significant amount of time documenting the problems and communicating with both the property and Booking.com. We eventually decided to leave three days earlier.

It was a very pleasant stay and we would love to return next year
10.0The fact that it was in an olive garden with its private beach where the sea was gorgeous
− The closets in the bathroom could be renewed. The people in the neighboring house were playing too loud music
A little secluded paradise on the island of Thassos
10.0What a small paradise we found on the island of Thassos. We were here in October, so there were not many tourist on the island left. But this place made it extra special. We just couldn’t get enough of the private, spectacular beach. The children especially liked the Sub board to paddle around in the ocean and climbing the rocks on both sides. Furthermore the small complex has bbq facilities, a basket and basketballs to play with and a communal terrace and ‘beach bar’ (BYO) overlooking the sea. The hosts were very friendly, offering us coffee regularly. We stayed in the bungalow next to the bigger villa, which is nicely decorated.
− If you don’t like cats, maybe skip Thassos. Stray cats are all around the island, also around villa Isodora. Our kids really loved petting them, so for us that only made it extra special
Picture perfect place
9.0The location is amazing, the villas are built in an olive orchard that have a small, private beach. Also a summer kitchen with a large patio. But beware that the place is kinda' isolated so you need a car, or some other transportation if you like eating in the villages. We chose this place for the private beach and the overall vibe that the pictures gave us. The room was not the one that we booked, but it didn't botherded us, it was nice anyway and lovely decorated, with all the supplies that you need. The deluxe double room has 2 balconies. The one that has a slight view at the sea is not really private, the other balcony overlooks the gardens. Both of them are large. The room doesn't have a TV, but again, didn't bothered us. The host is nice but doesn't speak english. I would recomend this place for large families or large groups of friends. As a couple we enjoyed the private beach mosly by late evenings and by night, beacause by day it got a little crowded and noisy beacause of the parents yelling at the kids.
− Everything was lovely.
