− Make sure which apartment you're booking. Apartments 3 and 4 have each a private bathroom outside the room, at the end of the corridor. I knew this before when I booked and during my stay I realized it's not confortable for me and also not for my partner. Apartments 3 and 4 have no kitchen. In the booking description we understood there were some items. You can find a fridge and some kitchen tools (knife, fork, plates....) for 2 people but there is no way to clean them if you use them. I was told during my check in to clean them at the bathroom sink and to check on my own the cleaning closet. As it was difficult to recognize if the tools there were for bathroom or kitchen items, I decided to clean the kitchen stuff in the bathroom (as instructed) with my hands and with the hand soap. Suggestion: give leave a cleaning set for the plates in the room for the upcoming guests. The coffee machine is common for all the guests and in the corridor of the first floor (not in the ground floor, as stated i nthe description). It is located just in front of the door from Apartment Nr 4. No water was provided for refilling. Therefore, we needed to buy, as we didn't have a kitchen to get the water from. The noise of the coffee machine can be heard from Apartment 4. Fortunately, we were the only ones using it, Probably the other guests used their kitchen within their apartment. Furthermore, the AC in our Appartment (Nr 4) wasn't working. We told the reception person and the manager came to the room about 9-10h later to check it and, as it was Sunday, nothing could be done, which we accepted. It was a bit hot but we could survive :). Hope they will be able to fix it for the upcoming guests.
