1.0The facility was closer to amenities. Safety.
− The white male owner is very racist! 🙄 On a direct telephonic booking, he said the place was fully booked. On Booking.com, few units were available and I selected Unit 5. Upon our arrival, he stood firm on the Reception entrance blocking our way in for some racist talk. He was saying the town is fully booked, asking if the ANC (Blacks) was in town. 🙄 Telling me there is no eating inside the rooms, more especially KFC and/or hot chips! That was very insulting to me. He handed us the key to the unit and it was not the one that I selected. When I pointed this out, he quickly blamed the error on Booking.com! Accommodation was for two guests. But only one bath towel was provided. No toilet paper provided and had to buy our own since I didn't want to associate myself with such a person. 🙃 Dstv picture channels were disabled and only radio bouquet enabled. Coffee station was not refilled. The next morning when I pointed all this out to him, he quickly said it was all a mistake!
