10.0Lovely everything you need all fresh and clean and a lovely variety it was all set out beautifully and the choice of teas and coffee was a lovely touch and a beautiful place to sit and eat thankyou.

Peace & quiet in a beautiful garden room, short distance from Southwell
10.0Beautiful self contained little garden flat, lovely and quiet perfect for our visit to Southwell racecourse. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fresh towels supplied both days, nice selection for a continental style breakfast in room. We met owners Kathryn & Mike the day we arrived who recommended local pub the cross keys for a bite to eat, not disappointed, lovely evening spent playing football with the best goalkeeping Labrador I’ve ever met “ Charlie “ a local legend . Enjoyed having the added space of the lounge to relax in when we returned after a full day out. Our hosts respected our privacy, would not hesitate to book the garden room again if we return.
Wonderful Apartment with Breakfast
10.0It was a great location, easy to find, the owners were friendly and didn't bother us, so very private. So much better than staying B&B, we had so much room and facilities were very good, including breakfast. Good sized fridge which was useful and great selection of teas and coffee. Bed super comfortable and room so quiet and loads of electric sockets in every room. We also liked the French Doors onto our own little terrace with seats and free parking in the drive.
− We really would have welcomed a footstool for the sofa, it would be more comfortable. We also didn't know how to use the coffee machine and pods, it would help to have instructions and a list telling you which coloured pods are which. We could have asked, the owners encouraged us to ask, but it was very late at night, so we didn't.
