10.0A simpatia da Dona Lourdes e do irmão dela são o ponto alto. Sempre a perguntar se estava tudo bem, se faltava algo. Tratou dos meus pequenos como netos. O pequeno almoço mais valia chamar almoço, muitas opções de pães, compotas, presunto, fiambre, queijos enfim, muita variedade. Certeza que voltaremos.

− La dueña un encanto! El desayuno increíble, todo casero, mermeladas de 5 o 6 tipos, 3 bizcochos, pasteles de nada, fiambre, 3 tipos de pan…

10.0This is a very special place, and on my next visit to Portugal, it will be on the top of my list as somewhere I will definitely return to. I rarely come across a place that has been created with fabulous taste and so much love of perfection and warmth. A perfectly renovated traditional property with authentic antique decor and furnishings. We had a challenging uphill bike ride to reach but on arrival the owner welcomed us into the traditional kitchen, sat us down at the enormous table and offered us delicious homemade cake with tea or coffee. As they do not serve dinner, she suggested a great restaurant where we had a very memorable meal and wine in a mountain setting. The breakfast was the most delicious one of our 3 week trip, which included their own amazing honey and jams plus a large variety of quality local products. Everything about this place was special, one of our favourites ever!
