8.0La vista es hermosa, la atención es excelente...

Experimentar la verdadera magia de Chiloé.
10.0El personal es maravilloso, su atención, cuidado y cariño hacen que estar en el hostal se sienta como estar en casa. Además se duerme ESPECTACULAR!! Camas cómodas, calentitas y lo mejor es que tanto el piso como el baño se sienten también calentitos, por lo que levantarse temprano para salir a recorrer se hace mucho más llevadero. Las zonas comunes son además muy cómodas, tienen esa calidez sureña maravillosa. El desayuno exquisito y variado y las vistas desde el palafito realmente mágicas. Incluso si llueve, el sonido de la lluvia cayendo sobre el techo hace la experiencia única! Para viajar sola/o es un lugar cómodo, tranquilo, seguro y además está a unos minutos del centro a donde se puede llegar caminando fácilmente o por uber muy económico.

3.0El personal que servía el desayuno y limpiaba eran muy amables y gentiles
− Las instalaciones no eran adecuadas, las habitaciones eran pequeñas, no estaban aisladas del frío y la calefacción no era la adecuada. El gas se termina durante la mañana lo que dificulta poder ducharse con agua caliente (se debería tener el resguardo de estas cosas básicas) Las camas eran antiguas y se caían los palos
Creemos que le falta calidez y una revisión para evitar algún accidente en el baño.
5.0El barrio, las señoras que nos sirvieron el desayuno.
− Pasamos mucho frío en la habitación y baño, a pesar de que había radiador, éste casi no calentaba. Les recomiendo que pongan más calidez a las habitaciones, ejemplo, bajadas de cama, ya que, con el frío, el piso se sentía más. En el baño, poner algún jabón de cuerpo y la tina, revísenla, es resbaladiza, casi nos caemos. Lo anterior, lo escribo porque nos hemos alojado en otros palafitos y en este, la relación precio/calidad no se condice.
