1.0Arrived at the Venue to discover it is absolutely nothing like what is advertised. The rooms filthy. Carpets ripped, stains all over the walls, bathroom covered in mould, bed looks like its been slept in and left but not sure how anyone could sleep there. Kettle was full of stagnant water, limescale and mould, only clean part was the sink in the kitchenette, walked out the door instantly and found alternative accomodation.
− Couldn't even stay here , place is filthy, mouldy and nothing like advertised, they ask for you to send photos of what's wrong and then state "clean affordable accommodation" as their aim. This place hasnt been cleaned, maintained or even looked at by anyone in probably years. Was disgusting and unlivable walked out instantly to alternative accomodation which I had to find last minute but the host doesn't believe this is reasonable for a refund. It was the worst place I've ever seen. They half heartedly offered a different room elsewhere for "compensation" but having seen the state of that place who would trust it. AVOID THIS PLACE .

1.0− Didn't let me access the property. Got a last minute message saying I needed to pay an additional deposit on top of having already paid through Booking.com. I tried to pay and the site kept crashing I tried calling multiple times over several hours and no answer. I called Booking.com who after 1 hour on the phone said they had left an email. Got to 8pm at night and I had nowhere to stay.
