10.0The house is incredible, very cozy, clean and comfortable. The owner has all the flags of the world, so if you are from a weird country the owner Luis Miguel will have your flag for sure and will put it outside for you. He is a very nice person, good energy and will make you feel at home.
− You have to pay 5 euros to use the kitchen, 2 euros for the car and 15 euros if you want to wash your clothes. All good, but that its not described whne you book this place. You "cant" cook fish as well, but we did it anyway as we bought the fish before arriving to this place.

10.0I absolutely loved that the property was under 10 minutes walking distance from all of Furnas’ amenities - from the park and river, to the lagoon hiking trail, hot springs, restaurants and the supermarket. It was also heavenly waking up to the sounds of birdsong, with the beautiful garden all around. Luís is a GEM of a host and he and I had some really wonderful chats about the islands’ history and culture.
− No complaints - I was expecting the shared bathroom, so this didn’t phase me. And I loved the separate shower keys for each room.
