Ни чего.

− Я заранее забронировал одноместный номер по указанной на сайте цене. Однако по приезде мне заявили, что такого номера за эту стоимость у них якобы нет. Вместо оплаченного размещения мне предложили... диван в коридоре, без двери, с обычной шторкой вместо входа. Честно говоря, я был просто шокирован таким отношением к гостям. После долгой дороги рассчитывал наконец отдохнуть, но вместо этого пришлось срочно искать другой отель и тратить на это время, силы и деньги. Подобное отношение считаю совершенно неприемлемым. Если администрация не может предоставить забронированный номер, то это их проблема, а не проблема гостя. Крайне неприятный опыт, никому не рекомендую рассчитывать на свои бронирования в этом месте.

Mixed experience—Very kind hosts and great breakfast, but significant noise and comfort issues

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. On one hand, the hosts are truly nice people in their personal interactions, and the lady helping out was super sweet. They also serve a very good breakfast, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Unfortunately, my overall comfort felt like an afterthought during my stay. I had originally booked a room with a view, but upon arrival, I was assigned a "Deluxe" room right next to the reception and the dining area. This led to a variety of issues: Smoke & Smells: There was a strange chemical smell in the room that caused me headaches. To clear it out, I had to keep the window open, which made the room incredibly cold. Furthermore, the reception area often smelled heavily of cigarettes, and the owner and his friends would frequently smoke and dine loudly inside late into the night. Noise Disruptions: There was active room renovation/construction happening right across the hall, which created a lot of noise. No one warned me about this prior to arrival. Between the construction, people talking right outside my door past 10:00 PM, and vacuuming happening as late as 9:30 PM, it was very difficult to find peace and quiet. Room Comfort & Safety: The mattress was terribly lumpy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the outdoor window did not lock, which was a safety concern, especially since I had to leave it open due to the street-facing noise and the room's odor. The bathroom shower, while good, also flooded the floor easily. Amenities & Location: The property is located quite far from the downtown area, and there are no kitchen facilities available if you want to cook your own food. The team here has a lot of potential because they are genuinely nice people, but the indoor smoking, late-night noise, and lack of communication about the ongoing construction made it a tough stay. I hope they can address these room and noise issues for future guests.

The owner is very hospitable, and helpful! He helped arrange a travel back to Yerevan, and even carried some luggage for me!
