Fantastic budget friendly clean basic hotel in a local area of Kigali
9.0Very good budget friendly hotel in a local area. The room was clean and had all the basics needed for a good holiday including a restaurant for breakfast, soap and water in the rooms, and someone always at reception to help.
− I would highly recommend printing out a detailed map to the hotel with landmarks to hand to tourists because many city taxis do not understand where this hotel is or how to get to it.

− Возникло недопонимание с ранним завтраком, но он был организован. Вода была едва теплая, но это было рано утром, может поэтому. И так же администраторы отеля кажется совсем не в курсе своих же цен на booking.com Я не буду снижать оценку, так как в целом я всем довольна

10.0The host was very polite. He made sure we were always on time to places and always made sure that the experience at the hotel was the best. Furthermore, the rooms were clean and offered amenities as we had expected. The hotel employees were always at our service and very kind while at it. I definitely recommend anyone else coming to Kigali Rwanda to stay at this cosy and amazing place.

A nightmare 😢 we were robbed and over charged
1.0We didn’t stay longer than 2 days because my luggage’s was stolen after Andrew the manager told us to check our luggage in room 110 because we had 6 bags and we stayed in room 109 . We thought we were renting a suite with kitchen, living room and bedroom but when we got there 10 pm at night it was a small room. The hotel was clean but they cleaned us out of our belongings. I had to go shopping the next day for clothes and food that was stolen by the staff!!!! Don’t go there
− The advertisement was not true very misleading to let people think they’re getting an apartment and it’s only rooms also no hot water 💦 they cancelled our stay through booking.com and up the price when we got there!
