− - AC tidak dingin sama sekali, hanya keluar angin saja (sudah menghubungi resepsionis tapi tidak ada tindakan lanjutan). - Karena AC rusak, ruangan jadi sangat pengap. - Hanya disediakan 1 peralatan mandi (handuk). - Tidak ada free wifi (wifi yang terhubung sinyal sangat susah menjangkau kamar). - Internet data mobile juga tidak bagus karena terhalang banyak tembok.
