10.0location great, right by the beach. really nice place, lovely people, very enjoyable stay. private parking and facilities within walking distance. No breakfast but cafe 5mins walk away.

Great location. Close enough to Goodwood too, which was the reason for our vsit.
8.0Location is brilliant - right on the pebble beach. The shared kitchen looked lovely - though we didn't use it other than to keep stuff in the fridge.
− It would have been nice if toiletries had been provided in the bathroom.

Outstanding hospitality right on the beach.
10.0Rosie and Andy could not have been more hospitable welcoming us into their home. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and well equipped with kettle and fridge complete with drinks. The house has direct access to the pebble beach and plenty of chairs and sun-loungers. Pagham has 4 pubs and shops and buses into Chichester, which is only 6 miles away.
