− Wasn’t clean, no towels so couldn’t shower

1.0Absolutely shithole! Food all over the sides and in the beds. Burn marks all over the side tables. Marks and wet patches on the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. We left the property after 30 minutes. Contacted the property to tell them and they ignored me. Avoid at all costs!

1.0Location. Not much else!
− The dust. The mess. The bricks holding up the bed. The room being unclean still after being “cleaned by the cleaner”. The cleaner was 45 minutes late, meaning we checked in to a dirty room, and also looked to be a child. The broken mirror in the room was off the wall and also filthy with dust. The common areas were gross. Very stuffy. Dirty. Dusty. Smelly. Unclean. Unhygienic. Embarrassing.
Beware: Fake pictures and extremely dirty!
1.0I booked a room here before reading the reviews, and I was shocked when I finally saw what people were saying. I immediately tried to cancel my reservation through Booking.com and by messaging the host directly, but he refused to allow a fee-free cancellation. In fact, he even texted me admitting that the bad reviews were true! I explained that I couldn't bring my children to an unsafe and unclean environment-especially with my daughter's allergies-but he still refused to cancel. When we arrived, the place was completely filthy and looked like a rubbish dump. To make matters worse, we were given a tiny room that was completely different from the pictures online. I had booked a large room advertised for 4 people, but the host claimed the room couldn't fit 4 people, despite what was listed. This host is dishonest, uses fake pictures to scam guests out of money, and offers a disgusting environment. I am shocked that Booking.com allows places like this to be listed. Avoid at all costs!
