8.0Da localização bem boa, próximo ao centro e locais para o lazer. Ambiente da casa bastante aconchegante e organizado pra poder acomodar bem a pessoa.
− Teve um pico de energia na madrugada, então fez bastante calor, isso tudo bem, acontece. Acabei indo pra varanda da frente pra poder tentar dormir um pouco, já que no quarto estava sem energia. Ficou até bom... Até chegar um grupo de inquilinos e fazendo baderna nas alturas

Foi bom, estadia curta de apenas 1 noite. Próximo ao centrinho de Cumbuco com fácil acesso a praia.
7.0Falta um box no chuveiro. Preço compatível com qualidade.
− Se tivesse recepção. Não possui opção de café da manhã, mas tem uma cozinha que dá pra comprar as coisas e se virar.
Para poucos dias tem bom custo-benefício

− O quarto era um pouco quente e o ventilador não dava conta em dados momentos.
