overall I had a very good week and cannot fault the facilities and service
8.0The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excelent
− No lift. I knew this when I booked so it wasn't a priority but by the end of the week I was finding it a challange
the weather was great so that makes up for nearly everything
6.0− Ok the main issue is that it has no lift so get your climbing boots out - I have stayed in almost all the hotel on that front and they are 3 or 4 floors. It's soulless to which has nothing to do with being an Express. Next door is the Hydro which has its faults but is far more welcoming. I think Opul you are getting lots of publicity so take these comments as positive but as we speak would I come back to Opul Express probably not
Name hat sich geändert, Qualität ist geblieben
10.0Der Name hat sich geändert aber ein tolles B&B ist es geblieben. Es ist noch immer alles makellos sauber und das Frühstück ist lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der junge Mann, der das Frühstück serviert hat, war überaus freundlich. Es gibt jetzt auch eine Bar, in der man am Abend.noch ein Gläschen- zu sehr fairen Preisen- genießen kann. An der tollen Lage - direkt an der Promenade hat sich natürlich auch nichts verändert. Wir können das " Opul Express- Inglewood" weiterhin uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
− Keine Kritik nur eine Empfehlung. Die Bar wäre gemütlicher, wenn einige Stühle gegen Sessel ausgetauscht werden würden. Jetzt unterscheidet die Bar sich kaum vom Frühstücksraum.
Nedslidt men ordentligt hotel, med mulighed for forbedringer. Venligt personale og rent.
7.0Enkeltværelset var stort og rent, fin morgenmad, venligt personale,
− Generelt virkede stedet nedslidt. Nussede gulvtæpper. Værelset (nr.7) lå ud til en baggård. Der var ingen afskærmning for vinduet ud over mørklægningsgardinet, så personer i værelserne på den modsatte side kunne se ind. Fanen i loftet var koblet til loftlyset og kunne kun aktiveres sammen med den. Madrassen var fin men sengerammen for stor, så man stødte ind i den hele tiden. Døren til gangen lukkede ikke tæt så det kom lys og lyd ind. Man kunne høre naboerne, men heldigvis var der forholdsvis stille.

Great place to stay.
9.0We had the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. This was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. Fabulous choice for breakfast and quick service.
− The bar wasn't open long enough for anyone to use. It was only open until 9.30pm so we couldn't make use of it late evening.
