Spacious room in a central location
8.0Spacious room and nice shower with a kitchen which was convenient. There is no lift in the building but in a very central location.
− No lift and steep stairs.
A nice stay with a let down at the end

− We are returning customers and were disappointed to find that the facility for checking out, but being able to leave your luggage until later in the day was not available as it relies on having a set of keys avail and since our last visit two sets of keys weee missing, leaving just one room able to use this facility, this meant we had to unexpectedly take our suitcases across Venice for a lunch appointment 🤬

− Es war total dreckig. Überall war Staub und Spinnennetze. im Badezimmer waren die Becherhalterung von der Wand halb ab. Es lag noch ein Stück Seife vom Vorgänger in der Dusche. Keine Shampoo obwohl ich das Personal angeschrieben hatte. Benutze Wattestäbchen vom Vorgänger im Zahnputzbecher…..
Great location for our first visit to Venice.
8.0The location worked out very well for us as it was just a short walk to the water taxi stops and even St. Mark's. Plenty of food options within a very short walk. The room had everything we needed.
− It took a while to get used to the multiple entry doors to get to the room, but really no big deal. The landlord had to meet us at the front door to give us the key and she didn't arrive until 20 minutes after check-in time.

10.0Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es hatte ein tolles Bad. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt.
