10.0Beaucoup trop de choses pour être exhaustif....L'emplacement, les espaces extérieurs bien entretenus, le ponton sur la lagune de Bacalar, les équipements et avant tout l'amabilité d'Horacio et son équipe.

10.0L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial, accès direct au lagon, départ en kayak (4 disponibles gratuitement) entre le canal des pirates et l’île aux oiseaux, vue magnifique! La chambre familiale est simple, mais propre, grande et confortable. Terrasse, clim, frigo et lits confortables sont super appréciés. Les parties communes sont aussi très agréables. Horacio, le propriétaire, est disponible, efficace et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel!

10.0Qualité d'accueil d'Horacio qui est un super hôte. Une stucture familiale avec de bonnes infrastructures et prestations (ponton direct pour accès à la lagune, fourniture de kayak inclus, un excellent petit déjeuner à la demande copieux et qualitatif) Merci encore pour les conseils sur Bacalar et la sortie privative en voilier sur la lagune c'était vraiment extra 😉

9.0Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Excellent views over the bay. Free kayaks for exploring around lake yourselves. Given very good recommendation list for what to do and eat:)
− Little bit weedy around pier entering the lake.
Generally it was nice stay , no complaints at all, but this type of accommodation is not for us .
7.0Location on the lagoon, free kayaks , view from the balcony
− Very very poor and old fashioned decorated . It does not have any character, just functional . Also very limited level of service or communication.
