10.0La casa è grande e ben tenuta, la posizione offre la possibilità di fare comode passeggiate partendo a piedi fin da casa per raggiungere comodamente alcuni tra i più interessati siti della zona. Max si è dimostrato un eccellente host, molto disponibile e soprattutto profondo conoscitore della zona, ottimo dispensatore di consigli e suggerimenti.

3.0Comodo per la posizione
− Abbiamo pagato una suite matrimoniale oltre all'appartamento e quando siamo stati lì il proprietario ci ha detto che non c'era, quindi ci siamo dovuti adattare alle 3 camere della casa pur avendo pagato per quella stanza. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo chiesto di dirci che tipo di cialde del caffè servissero mi è stato risposto dal proprietario di "portare il buonumore", risultato? Per 7 persone c'erano solo 10 cialde, e siamo dovuti andare a comprarle al supermercato. Bastava rispondere fin da subito e le avremmo portate da casa. La lavastoviglie non funziona. Tra le camere e il bagno si sente ogni minimo rumore.

1.0− Non siamo riuscite a usufruire della stanza in quanto abbiamo chiamato all' orario del check-in ma non ci hanno risposto Ha richiamato dopo un' ora ma purtroppo siamo state costrette a rivolgerci a un' altra struttura
