9.0I booked the single room as a base for one-day trips around North Niedersachsen & Bremen. D-ticket, trains and buses... The room had its private bathroom and shared well-equippped kitchen with one another room on the same floor. Equipment simple, but ok, enough space to store cloths and items, TV, radio. Short walking distance to the train station - very practical for my purpose, I did not have to use car. I had no remarkable issues with the noise from the rails, it is close to walk, but not right next to the rails. Local supermarket ca. 12 minutes walk. Everything was ok, I had no issues and enjoyed my stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

7.0Wenn man als Familie oder Gruppe beide Wohneinheiten mietet, oder anstatt einen Zweisamkeitsurlaub, auf der Suche nach einer Urlaubsbekanntschaft ist, ist auch eine Einheit zu empfehlen. Wenn das Wetter passt und man keinen Maulwurfvertreiber hört, ist der Balkon sehr gemütlich, besonders, wenn man gern im Freien isst, so wie wir.
− Wohn-/Schlafeinheit und Badezimmer sind durch einen Gemeinschaftsflur getrennt. Gemeinsame Küchennutzung war nicht so unser Ding, da wir am Abend gern ein Brettspiel gespielt hätten und der dafür geeignete Tisch auch von der 2. Wohneinheit genutzt wird. Das Ständige auf und abschließen von Wohn/Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer nervt, besonders nachts. Wären wir auf das Badezimmer über den Gemeinschaftsflur vorbereitet gewesen, hätten wir einen Bademantel mitgenommen.

10.0Gemütliches Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, freundliche Vermieterin. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Super für Ausflüge, sogar mit dem Bus: Nienburg an der Weser ist z.B. gut zu erreichen. Alles prima.

8.0Super nette Vermieter , es war eine super schöne eingerichtet Whg ,alles sauber und alles da was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht .
− Nur ein kleines minus ,uns waren die Bettdecken zu warm ,da wäre es im Sommer doch angenehmer mit etwas dünneren Zudecken .
