8.0We had an apartment, which was very spacious and clean. We liked our balcony with mountain views and that we could prepare our own food. The hotel is in a perfect location - ideal to get to Zugspitze, Eibsee, Garmisch and other surrounding attractions and sights. The Zugspitzbad is a 10 min walk away, the Zugspitzbahn (train to Zugspitze/Eibsee/Garmisch) is also just 5 mins walk. There are lots of great restaurants in the village, a nice bakery/cafe and lots of greenery. A small coffee shop and convenience store are just around the corner from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this! The staff are friendly and helpful with tips for the area.
− The hotel breakfast is for hotel guests only and can only be booked in addition to the apartment stay if there's availability. This wasn't very clear in the booking process, so we could only have breakfast once. Overall, it worked out better for us, as we just ended up going to the bakery and/or making our own. I think the hotel breakfast is too expensive for what it is (not a large variety), but the food was very tasty and fresh. The pillows were very flat, which didn't work well for my neck.

7.0Der Blick auf die Berge war toll. Auch die Lage des Hotels. Sehr zentral zu Bus und Bahn. Auch die Wanderwege vor der Tür. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr schön.
− Vielleicht einen Toaster mit Aufsatz zum Brötchen aufbacken.
Meine Begleiter und ich sind alle sehr zufrieden.
