9.0The choice of three bed levels of mattress firmness was great. It was quiet, clean. Safe neighborhood. Text info from the owner was precise and helpful. Parking on the street was safe.
− I should have notified the owner earlier that I was sensitive to fragrance. I brought my own soap and one bedroom where I slept was virtually scent free. Just the bathroom and kitchen had fragrance. There are ten steps to the basement apartment so if luggage is heavy, one may need some help.
Surrey stay
7.0Helpful host, great location, easy check in.
− Fridge was dirty. Kitchen floor had lettuce stuck to it. Bed in smaller room was very firm. Didn't realize it was basement MIL basically so dog and family upstairs.
We were pretty much there to sleep and shower as we were exploring and had a concert to attend. There is kids upstairs
9.0Was in a beautiful neighbourhood, felt super safe. Easy check in thankfully since we got caught on the highway for 3.5 hours and arrived very late. Place had everything we needed!
− Nothing. Some may find one of the beds hard but I like a hard mattress myself because of my back!

− Instructions on coffee maker, no kitchen knives, shower no pressure, triggled water only Didn’t realize owners lived upstairs and we could hear thumping etc
