6.0I liked the view and the fact that the place was quiet and peaceful.
− They initially gave us the wrong room, without balcony and air conditioning and they asked for extra money to upgrade us to our originally booked room. After some arguments, they gave us our room that we paid for. The TV was not working. The room was not clean (there were spider webs on the balcony and no shampoo/soap/shower gel in the bathroom) The pool was dirty.

7.0− At the shower wasn't hot water. I asked at the reception and they told me that i should leave it on till hot water will come...but after 30 min i resigned.
