8.0L'hôtel est très proche de la gare, pas besoin de se balader avec les valises à travers Venise. Il est à un très bon prix pour la ville de Venise. Il est dans son jus mais reste très propre. (C'est bien mentionné dans la réservation mais la salle de bain n'est pas directement dans la chambre)

Great location and staff, but the room needs some updating
7.0Great location, just a very short walk from the station, on a quiet and peaceful side street. The staff were very friendly, with a 24 hour reception, and always very kind and responsive. The sheets and towels were spotless, and the room was generally very clean as well.
− The room feels dated and somewhat thrown together, with impractical furniture and very soft mattresses. The window didn’t close properly and there was no kettle or anything beyond the basics. I understand Venice prices are generally high, but a little more attention to the room’s comfort and coziness would make a big difference.

8.0The receptionist was amazing lady! 🌷🙏 Unfortunately I did'nt ask her name, but would like to thank her for her amazing hospitality and readyness to help! Actuaply she upgrated our room and provided the room with personal bathroom, which was such a wounderful support! The hotel's location was great as well. Thank you!
