No es lo que parece y si hay problemas el anfitrión brilla por su ausencia.
1.0La cama era confortable. Para hospedaje de paso está bien.
− El problema que tuvimos con este hospedaje nos ha dejado una pésima impresión. Yo no me hospedé pero hice la reserva a mi nombre. Al hacer la reserva consulté por la emisión de factura, a lo que el anfitrión aseguró emitir boleta y factura y cobrando el 19% IVA. Esa es la principal razón por la cuál acepté el hospedaje. Sin embargo, hubo desde el principio una comunicación ineficiente con respecto a la hora de entrada de la huésped (quién entraba por la mañana y tuvo que esperar hasta la tarde para poder descansar, nunca se me indicó otra opción o que fuera un problema que ingrese por la mañana). Después, la huésped se quejó de varias "mentiras" con respecto a la publicación original. No podía usar la lavadora, el acceso al baño era muy incómodo (habitaciones en el segundo piso, baño en el primer piso), escaleras estrechas, medidas de seguridad que dejaban mucho qué desear, instalaciones rotas o en mal estado, etc. Sin embargo, de mi parte como responsable de la reserva, lo peor de toda esta situación fue la actitud del anfitrión, quién en ningún momento dio la cara durante la estancia de la huésped o para resolver la situación de la factura, la cuál no ha emitido hasta la fecha, diciendo que en realidad no puede emitir dicho documento, pese a haber hecho el cobro indebido del 19%IVA. La huésped decidió acortar su tiempo de estadía en Casa Cely y no pasar 3 semanas en un lugar donde no se sentía cómoda ni segura y donde no podía comunicarse directamente con el anfitrión. Booking se contactó con él varias veces para que brinde soluciones y simplemente dejó de responder. Simplemente no se puede ponderar de manera positiva a este hospedaje y tenemos las respectivas pruebas de esta situación. No entiendo cómo puede tener una valoración tan alta ante tanta informalidad y falta de disposición con el bienestar de sus huéspedes.
