Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.
9.0Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr groß, aber entzückend eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war wirklich bemerkenswert, es hat an nichts gefehlt, der Tisch war geschmackvoll eingedeckt und das Frühstücksbuffet ebenso liebevoll gestaltet, das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Schön war auch die Terrasse, wo man abends noch schön sitzen konnte, Getränke zu diesem Anlaß waren (gegen Gebühr) vorhanden. Die Straße vor der Unterkunft ist zwar etwas stärker befahren, aber abends wird es ruhiger und hat nicht gestört. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nicht sehr weit, zurück geht es allerdings ein wenig bergauf.
− Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes die Studenten der Stadt Abschiedsparty feierten, das war eine mehrtägige Veranstaltung mit großer Bühne und lauter Musik bis zum frühen Morgen, aber dafür kann der Vermieter der Unterkunft nichts...

10.0Beautiful guesthouse just across the river from the city center. Paula is wonderful...welcoming us, showing us the sites on a map, and making recommendations for dinner (Cordel was the best meal of our trip!). We really enjoyed talking to her. Spending time with Paula made us feel like travelers in Portugal, but just tourists! The inn's room are decorated beautifully. And then the breakfast.... Oh my! Luis put out an unbelievable spread, and then brought out additional delicious dishes. The breakfast is served out on the terrace, with a beautiful view. How did we get so lucky to stay here?
