Great location and great value
10.0Great little place - love the location, walking distance to supermarkets, Havelock city mall and kiku. I had the room on the top floor (no 5) which was very spacious, light and airy. The bed was comfortable and there was a small sofa and tea and coffee. Hot water and worked well. It had a private balcony and rooftop terrace. The staff were great, very friendly and polite. On arrival I was offered a complimentary drink. I didn't eat in the cafe/bakery downstairs but the bakery items looks amazing. All in all a great place and I would book again.
− Everything was great for what I needed. I was on my own this time. I have looked at this place before but they don't allow kids which prevented me booking before.

9.0Room was clean, tidy and spacious.
− Check in was not smooth. I arrived early morning as messaged but the guard was not aware I was coming. Message the day before to remind! It was soon sorted out.
