− Leider hatten die Handtücher ein paar Flecken und das Moskitonetz hatte Löcher.

Beautiful location overlooking Playa Riconcito
8.0Perfect location 2 min walk from riconcito beach and the majority of greats bars and restaurants. They have various level of rooms which I had the opportunity to try various. Some with an amazing view some with less but all comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and accommodating the fact that I kept extending because Mazunte is a hard place to leave!
− It is up some stairs and quite a steep uphill so be prepared for that but otherwise great spot if you’re staying in Mazunte for a few days.

7.0Perfekte Lage, sehr nah am Strand und zum Aussichtspunkt Punta Cometa. Schöner Garten, sehr nettes Personal. Guter Vibe!
− Leider wird auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein Neubau hochgezogen, die Rückwand schiesst 10 cm vor der Zimmerterrasse in die Höhe und versperrt die Hälfte der Aussicht. Das wird beim Buchen leider nicht ersichtlich. Es wird zwar regelmässig geputzt, aber nur oberflächlich: eine gründliche Reinigung und kleinere Reparaturen wären fällig (viele Spinnweben, Kopfkissen fleckig, Moskitonetz am Badezimmerfenster eingerissen etc.)
