A charming and authentic guesthouse with a wonderful host, spacious family rooms, and a convenient location
9.0The spacious family room with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family. The bed linen was fresh and spotless, the traditional Chinese-style interior was beautiful and full of character, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Although the guesthouse is located just outside the ancient city walls, we found the location very convenient, with easy access for taxis while still being only a short walk from the Old Town.

8.0I liked my stay at the Jiaxin guesthouse. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The dorm had its own bathroom with a shower, although it was tiny. You can chose between various breakfast options for a fair price. The north gate of the old city is only a short walk away. You also have the bus stop to the high-speed railway station close by.
− The dorm room was rather small. We were only two people but if it had been full, I would have felt uncomfortable.

8.0Very comfortable and friendly host. We were a group of 2 couples so had our own separate lounge to hang out in as well as the common space.
− No issues with the property, everything about our stay was great. Our host even chased us after we left as we had left a phone charger.
