10.0This really is a gem of a BnB. We loved everything. The location is very special as so close to the lovely river and the huge expanse of green lawn. I actually swam in the river as it was very hot and it was delightful. Even though it was hot we managed well with the fan and our room had a lovely breeze as it had windows both in the front and back through the bathroom so all good. The rooms are well noise insulated as double glazed windows however we were so happy that the little village is actually very quiet both after 9 and then till 9 am the next morning. The walk to Grassington is great and very picturesque. We also ate both nights at the Red Lion and loved that too. Hannah is a lovely host and super friendly and helpful,as well as cooking a delicious breakfast . Book here and you will be very happy.
