− Erano indicati in descrizione 3 bagni, cosa parzialmente vera in quanto le 3 camere erano dotate di un lavandino e una doccia ognuna, in perfetta indipendenza, tranne il fatto che una camera aveva la doccia direttamente in stanza, senza ambiente separato. La cosa peggiore aver un unico wc a disposizione per tutti, cosa non indicata o meglio, non specificata nella descrizione
