10.0Everything was amazing, as I have rated it excellent. Request d owner for a toaster n wifi . I would suggest to book this property without any hesitation . Mr. Sarma also was also very helpful n kind .

A Peaceful Stay
9.0We were visiting our hometown and were looking for a calm and quiet place. This homestay, which once belonged to a prominent businessman of the area, is almost 80 years old now. The place is near the Bhogdoi river and provides an extremely calm and quiet environment. You can almost meditate during the mornings. Most of the time the only sounds we heard were of the birds. We also thought the place would be ideal for a workation with not bad internet connectivity. You would need a car (or book a local cab which was easy) to move around. It is not a place where you can just walk out of the gates and get an auto. Food is homefood and good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would surely come back.

Simple, clean, close to nature...hosted with care and warmth
9.0The ancestral property was very clean ...the lawn is beautiful and well kept.The host, Pabon ,was extremely responsive and took care of all my concerns immediately. He introduced me to a very reliable driver and promptly suggested things to do around. Upon requesting for a clothes iron at a late hour, he had it sent over immediately..The meals prepared by his cook were good and homely. Pabon was so gracious to allow a late check out...this enabled us to visit Majuli islands leisurely.
