10.0It was very clean and comfortable with good quality linen. The roses were a lovely touch! Excellent location if travelling to Federation University. Well stocked IGA and takeaway shops within walking distance.

− Was a bit unusual having the kitchen “galley” area off the main bedroom area ( although there was a door leading into it which could be shut) but no big deal
