− Inconsistency of services, times of operations w/in the facility, slow internet, inconvenience of forms of payment - I’m visiting from out of the country and have no G-Cash. Had to use my CC because you do not accept cash for payment; ridiculous! Room, bathroom were outdated and did not have sufficient supply for 5 people (only had 2 towels in the room knowing there’ll be five of us). Important booking information was not shared/disclosed to guests, etc.
Value for money.
10.0Excellent location for us who went there to swim and eat, short walking distance to beach and restos. Good facilities, working appliances, comfortable bed, cool aircon, strong water pressure. And, most importantly, attentive and accommodating owner and caretaker who anticipated our needs and responded fast to each and any concern we had, feeling namin na alagang alaga talaga kami as guests. Thank you po, Atty. Torres and Ate Lorie.

10.0It's our 6th stay at this place, this is our go-to unit when we think of Pico de Loro. My son loves the place so much that he has even memorized the unit # and building. This unit has all our basic needs, such as appliances and kitchen ware for cooking (we noticed the new kitchen spatulas, ladle, pan, etc.). Thank you for providing us fast and reliable internet (they changed from smart bro pldt to Converge) and slippers (despite not being included in the list of amenities). This is our home away from home (don't compare this unit to hotel like units as the price is really cheap compared to others). Kudos also to the whole resort for replacing old shuttle service to new ones, this made our trip from the condo to the beach and country club really easy. Again, thank you for the cake slice that made my birthday a really memorable one (it's just so nice to be a regular guest, I really appreciate the gesture). Till our next stay.
Not recommended, far from the beach and no better views
5.0It is clean however the kitchen tools is very old, also the bathroom.
− There was no internet the whole first day of our stay till evening. The guards are also unaware of our arrival so we needed to contact the property owner and staffs. It took us a while before we were able to enter the community
