10.0Zaujmavé ubytovanie v bývalom vodojeme - blízko centra. Veľmi milý personál - dievčatá na recepcii aj pri raňajkách. Super raňajky s výhľadom na mesto.
Lokalita velmi pěkná, oceňuji nádherný výhled.

Celkově super pobyt - příští rok jedeme na delší dobu.
10.0Ubytování je celkem malé, takže výběr snídaně nebyl příliš velký, ale starají se, jestli máte dost, i když přijdete na snídani později. Pobyt jsme měli původně jen na přespání kvůli návštěvě Ostravské ZOO, ale navíc jsme k pobytu měli neomezený vstup do bazénu, za každou noc hru na minigolfu (kvůli našemu programu jsme zvládli jen jednou) a saunu (nevyužili jsme). Poloha hned u parku se super obřím hřištěm pro děti. Jelikož jsme to měli jen na dvě noci, tak sem příští rok musíme jet na celý týden, jak byla dcera nadšená.
− Asi jen uzavřené patro s vyhlídkou, ale je možné, že se dá domluvit na recepci. To jsme ale neřešili.

10.0Świetne miejsce na nocleg! Byliśmy tu 3 noce przy okazji festiwalu w odbywającego się w pobliskiej Ostravie. Bardzo doceniamy możliwość korzystania z basenów i sauny. W cenie jest również śniadanie, a restauracja znajduje się na 8 piętrze. Panie dbające o śniadania są niezwykle serdeczne i miłe. W pokojach jest bardzo czysto - może nie są to luksusy, ale człowiek czuje się po prostu komfortowo. Na pewno wrócimy tu za jakiś czas :)
Rozmawiałem z recepcją w sprawie poszerzenia oferty dla ludzi z psami. Ja byłbym bardzo zadowolony.
9.0Śniadanie było dobre z wystarczającym wyborem produktów . Zrealizowano moją prośbę o pokój po nienasłonecznionej stronie. W recepcji jest dobrze zaopatrzona lodówka / chłodnia z napojami. Doskonałym posunięciem marketingowym są darmowe , bez limitu czasu bilety wstępu na basen obok hotelu.
− Brak klimatyzacji daje się we znaki. Powinna pojawić się jak najszybciej aby przyciągnąć nowych klientów.
