8.0Josephine is very accommodating. We weren't able to meet the host when we got their but she gave us detailed instruction on how we can get in to the house. She sent photos and all details for wifi, netflix, and prime. The place is comfy too! You got all that you need. We were able to cook, do laundry, even iron clothes. They have 2 ACs and fans so our stay was really cozy and homey! She provided books you can read during your stay. We also asked her if we can extend for one more day since our flight got moved, and she allowed us. So grateful! Thank you, will definitely book this place again when I get back.
− Entrance is at the back outside the village, no access to main gate of the house. Too dark at night time although they provided a night light, have to continuously explain to Grab car to pick us up at the back. Entrance is also not well maintained, there were grasses everywhere. Parking is a little sketchy.
Overall, if you are a pet owner this place can meet your needs.
8.0For pet owners, the place provides value for money. There are a handful of properties that accomodate pets in the location and this property more than met our expectations. The host was very responsive. The amenities are ok.
− Directions on how to get there. When Josephine's Bunker was entered in Waze, the way point is different from the exact location. This cause a delay in getting to the property. The property is on a gated subdivision, however guests are not allowed to enter the main gate. Access to the property is via a separate entrance at the back. Bathroom, a bit small, water pressure in the sink is weak. The location has poor signal quality for mobile phones. The fridge had food inside giving the impression that there is a someone occupying the place.

− There were many insects in the apartment. But there are many insects around Legazpi in general.
