A perfect reasonably priced accommodation for a short stay with good facilities in a quiet location.
7.0A small chalet at the top of the garden with good facilities that was clean and welcoming. Tea,coffee, milk all provided along with shower gel, towels and toilet rolls. A small fridge, air fryer, kettle and microwave are available to use, with plenty of hot water on demand.
− No mirror in the bathroom or plug in the small sink and there did not appear to be a hotplate for cooking. It is stated that they have a dog but it is not mentioned that you have to go through part of the garden to reach the chalet where the dog which is friendly maybe roaming around.

9.0Very private location close to the town centre. The bed was very comfortable.
− There's no lock on the bathroom door
Convenient to town centre with all essential amenities
6.0The location was just a few minutes walk from the town and was one of the reasons we selected the place. There was a little semi-private outside space provided with the accommodation There were many electrical sockets (for charging devices etc.) and an air fryer and microwave for heating/cooking meals.
− In the extreme heat of a heatwave, the place was very warm and no fan provided to help with that. There was not a table, place to sit indoors for eating. The options on the tv were very limited, not even free to air channels.
Great place to stay for a couple
10.0Really quiet spot, the kitchennette was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and an airfryer (no hob or oven facilities). The bedroom was a good size, bathroom was a wet room. 7 minutes walk to the main street with lots of pubs and places to eat. Parking is on-street but found it easy to find a space. Co-op is within walking distance, Waitrose is on the main street. We took the bus to Lyme Regis for the day, bus station is about 15 mins away. On another day we parked at West Bay and walked to Burton Bradstock and back. West Bay you pay fgor parking but BB is free parking for National Trust members.
It was ok for a one night stay. But would not choose to stay there for a longer period.
5.0The bed was comfortable. We had a good nights sleep.
− Street parking was difficult. There was no cooker. The double doors to the wet room was awkward. The wet room could have had a glass wall to separate it from the toilet because the whole floor was wet. You could hear noises from the blocked doors to the main house.
