Szép hely, elégedett vagyok.
10.0Szép helyen található, igényesen kialakított szállás. Kutyás és gyerekes utazóknak is ideális. A kutya miatt nem kértek plusz pénzt.
− A leírás szerint magyarul is beszélnek, viszont a személyzet egy része csak szlovákul beszél. Van bankkártya olvasó, de csak egyszer tudták használni.

7.0Wellness bol fajn. Aj strava celkom dobrá, očakávali sme bufetové raňajky, ale mimo hlavnej sezóny sa to asi neoplatí.
− Trochu nám prekážali “ pohyblivé” matrace. V reštaurácii aj za ubytovanie sa nedalo platiť kartou.

5.0Najlepšie na celom pobyte bol welnes a bázen 5* voda čistá, jedine dvere na parnej saune s bylinkami sa nedali zavrieť
− Na izbe 3* hotela mi určite chýbalo na izbe závesy , záclony nakoľko sme mali výhľad na hory a celú noc v záhrade svietili svetla.Nedostatočne uprataná izba kde v šuplíku som našla oblečenie po predošlých ubytovaných, aj som ho tam nechala 😉 pavučiny v oknách z vnútra aj z vonku, na sprche padajú dvere. Stravovanie v reštaurácii večer o 20tej hod.v prázdnej reštaurácii bol ako šprint na 2metre.Dostali sme aldente ryžu a nedovarené mäso, hranolky boli excelentné o 21:00 hod.bol už aj kuchár zbalený na odchode. Obsluha bola milá aj keď hneď po vydaní jedla prišiel s účtom na zaplatenie s ospravedlnim, že musí urobiť uzávierku 🤔A absolútne negatívum platba v hotovosti za všetko ! Škoda poznám reštauráciu keď bola na výslní ale to bol iný majiteľ .....
