10.0We had the best stay imaginable, we were at Knappgården for three nights with our 7-year old and dog. Everything was just perfect, the location is enchanting with beautiful nature all around and amazing views over Österdalälven and the mountain chain with the top of Städjan. The food is based on local ingredients and produce, and is incredibly tasty, culinary art. The service was absolutely impeccable, at dinner and breakfast but also with recommendations on local adventures and trips and in the rooms. Our room was very clean and cosy, with all amenities needed. So refreshing to see that it is possible to deliver an amazing experience of accommodation and food while managing to keep focus on sustainability. The genuine and kind way of the hosts enabled even our child with challenges around food and new experiences to relax entirely and try new foods, something we'd not expected. 10 stars of 10.

9.0Vi hade helpension och all mat och dryck (extra) var noga utvald och utmärkt tillagad. Vårt val av just Knappgården berodde på deras goda rykte kring mat och värdskapet. Vi kan bara hålla med och förhoppningsvis kommer vi tillbaka, gärna vintertid med vit snö och tända ljus.
− Rummet kändes omodernt men allt fungerade och då är vi ändå nöjda. Sköna sängar.
