The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. I especially loved the view from my room, and the lush vegetation around the property was absolutely beautiful. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bulawayo.

Exceptional hospitality and flexibility!
10.0I had a wonderful short stay at Fleming Place, hosted by David and the team at MaMsipha. We had an incredibly early start to our day, arriving at 4 AM. Despite this, David welcomed us with such warmth and let us settle in right away. We were also so grateful that they accommodated a late breakfast well past the usual serving hours and allowed us a generous 3 PM checkout, which gave us a truly relaxed morning. Despite local state challenges with water and electricity, David and MaMsipha work tirelessly to make sure guests are comfortable and have both, which is so thoughtful. If you are looking for a place with kind hosts who truly care about their guests' comfort, this is it. Thank you for looking after us so kindly! 5 stars all the way.

− My only complaint was hot water availability. It became very inconvenient especially in winter. However I have been made aware that this was due to a fault. The staff are the crow jewel. Outstanding service. My exprience was muddied by the water situation and an extremely cold room. Otherwise this place is real value for money and gorgeous.

10.0I totally loved the place which feels very homey!! This is my third stay I think and I always come back here! David is a wonderful host and Ma Cristobel is great! Talent is just the sweetest, most helpful and amazing person!! It really is an excellent place for value & money!!
