1.0No breakfast 😔???. No communication with the staff not much to tell.
− Hot water v.poor.shower unusable due to flooding,no t.v. no drinking water or beverage facilities overpriced for a refugee or homeless HOSTEL!!!.Ripoff thanks.
Hostel not Hotel
4.0Nothing really apart from it's location. It was also clean but it wasn't a hotel.
− I paid through Booking.com and believed it was a hotel. I paid almost £75 sterling and was put in a hostel room.Yes, I did have the room to myself but it was not what I paid for. . This is unacceptable in my eyes. The lady that met me had limited English and wasn't the most helpful when I questioned the situation. The key for my room was in a hole in the wall outside my room. I would really expect some sort of refund for my experience.

− Chambre non propre (télécommande, table collante) Trou dans la porte de la salle de bain Douche très bruyante, porte de douche cassée ne fermant plus correctement. Travaux dans la chambre à côté, il serait nécessaire d'en faire aussi dans celle-ci. Peut-être est-ce déjà prévu.
