− The fact that you couldn't have a day visitor, they should at least allow 2 day visitors per day and have a bar fridge in the room

− Linan smelt mouldy, bathroom was not clean and posed a health risk (Shower), toilet seat old and rotten, ants in the room, poor / no WiFi connection in the room. They were advised of our late arrival 19H40, we could not order breakfast for the next morning! We booked and paid for 3 nights, obviously only styed one and moved on. They refuse to reimburse the full 2 nights, even though they were empty.
