7.0The bed was comfy. Staff were very nice. 5minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants.
− Noisy at weekends with the Indians in the next hotel till 3 am in the morning.

1.0We did not liked anything because of the horrendous behaviour of the receptionist(Simran). Starting our day in Goa with such a misbehaving lady ruined our holiday mood. Other staff members were good and humble. Full marks to other staff.
− The only reason, we are not happy was the receptionist's(Simran) pathetic behaviour. First of all, we requested for 1st floor rooms while booking, and when we reached the bell boy staff shown us the room in the first floor and we agreed to checkin there, but then came the rude lady(receptionist). She had some deal with other family who was suppose to checkin I guess the other day or may be later and told us that its already booked, despite we reached there first. Ahumble request to owner, just remove her, period!! she doesn't know how to talk & behave with guests.

10.0Everything. Extremely clean, staff are polite and can't do enough for you. Excellent wi fi, not far from beach, very good location. Have stayed at this gem of a guest house 4 times now and have just booked another two trips here. The best guest house i have stayed in in Candolim. Do I recommend Rudraksha 100%, without a doubt and the beds are really comfortable, also super shower with 24/7 hot water. Own generator so no power outages which is a massive bonus.
