10.0everything was perfect, except the address of the property on your booking platform. the current address takes one to the back of the property, which is on a very busy street and the property at the listed address is an empty house. the actual location in behind the property listed on your site.

1.0− Made a reservation on the afternoon of the 25th and it was confirmed. i got to the property around 18:00 and there was nobody at the property. I made multiple calls to the property on two contact numbers (The one listed on bookings as well as the one on the signage board on the front of the property and there was no answer. I had to then ofcourse find myself other accomodation. i recieved a message back yesterday stating that they were fully booked. Why confirm my reservation if you are fully booked? and furthermore my calls were not even returned apologizing for any inconvenience that was caused. truly disatisfied with the service from this guest house.
